All products are eligible for return or exchange within 2 days of arrival. Once your request is approved, please return the product within 2 working days.
If you receive a wrong or faulty product, don’t worry — we’ll issue a full refund for that item. Faulty products may include:
•⁠  Scent is different from what’s listed on the packaging
•⁠  Texture doesn’t match the description
•⁠  Incorrect label or packaging

Return Policy:

•⁠  Products must be in completely unused condition

Good news: If the return or exchange is due to a wrong item shipped or damage during delivery, we’ll cover all shipping fees.

•⁠  Once approved, ship the product back within 3 days, following our shipment guidelines

Exchange Policy:
•⁠  A full, uncut unboxing video clearly showing the product
•⁠  Products must be in completely unused condition
•⁠  If the new product is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the price difference.
•⁠  If the new product is cheaper, no refund will be given.
•⁠  Shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the buyer.
